NETWORK WRESTLING STARS
THE COOL KIDS
Established in 2017
A mixed assortment of odds and ends coming together to be annoying as hell to everyone they meet! Sometimes they fight among themselves, but if you mess with one, you mess with them all! The table of The Cool Kids is an exclusive one, so don't ask to sit with us!
UNITED SISTERS OF ASIA
Established in 2011
The United Sisters of Asia (USA) is a term coined by the media, but not actually adopted by the group. USA was formed in 2011 and was composed of several Asian wrestlers who have dedicated themselves to defending the rights of Asian wrestlers in the West. While many believe their cause to be nothing more than misguided mischief, others believe that they have a far more sinister agenda.
THE A-LISTERS
Established in 2009
The A-Listers were a group of young 3WL Athenians, led by Hall of Famer Chastity Pride, along with Maleek Raheem who were committed to living the lifestyle of the rich and famous! Often characterized as obnoxious and juvenile, the women did what they wanted when they wanted and they didn’t care about the rules of the establishment. The old guard’s time had passed…this wasn’t just a new day…it was a whole new ERA!
THE VIOLENT FEMMES
Established in 2000
In a sport typically dominated by men, The Violent Femmes slipped in under the radar and carved out a cult following for itself right under the noses of those who would oppose them. The Femmes came onto the scene during the time of Gladiator Wrestling, circa 2000. Initially a vehicle for a television show devised by Kevin O'Neil, The Femmes were conceived to be eye-candy for X-Rayted Man. The fans hated the masked man, but fell in love with his leather-clad female companions. Over time, the comic book theme fell away... but their ability to kick ass... only increased.
THE CIRCLE
Established 1999
Many look to The Circle as the end-all be-all to CTN and its wrestling empire, when in fact, it is merely the culmination of the many groups that have come before it. The Circle was founded by Cat back in the days of Survival Wrestling, circa 1999. During the absence of Alicia Sinn and her companion, Damian Knight, Cat seized the moment and reformed Legion into something a bit more modernistic and stylish. Money, glam, and arrogance in excess made this one of the great stables in modern wrestling history. It's rivalries were legendary...eclipsed only by the in-fighting that plague it.
LEGION
Established in 1999
Legion's history was a short one, but as wrestling stables go it's inception and it's success was unparallel. Legion came to being, quite by accident during the opening months of Survival Wrestling, circa, 1999. The tag team scene was heating up and with the arrival of The Legion of Darkness (Kurse & D'Spayre) it exploded. Soon the massive duo had the entire federation against them for their acts of brutality. At the fabled PPV Valentine's Day Massacre, the federation plotted revenge against the duo... but there was a trader among them and the trap was sprung and Legion was born, decimating their would-be attackers.
North American Wrestling League (NAWL)
Established in 1998
In November of 1998 a new era in professional wrestling was born. The brainchild and boyhood dream of Harvey Eugene Castleman. The North American Wrestling League was the most rude, crude, and socially unacceptable brand of professional wrestling in the world bar none! NAWL gained a cult like following among the purveyors of extreme violence and overt sexuality!
INDEPENDENTS
Since 1997
From the earliest days of wrestling, no matter how powerful and how many numbers a group possessed... there was always those few that resisted the pull of the group mentality. While more often than not... these select men and women were pounded into oblivion... they are no less notable than those who swallowed their pride and chose to run with the pack. Certainly... some were wooed and courted and at times many spent brief moments in league with one group or another, but ultimately... they would seek out fame and fortune on their own. Some succeeded... others did not.
THE MINIONS OF SINN
Established in 1997
The MoS rose from the ashes of Satan's Soldiers in ranks of The NCWA and later in Feudal Wrestling, circa 1997/1998 respectively. The masks once worn by it's members were now removed and an air of wealth and privilege prevailed. Alicia Sinn rose to the mantle of sole manager for the group as she directed every aspect of the group's direction, with Damian Knight as it's center piece. Though the group gained notoriety and launched the careers of it's members into the public consciousness...The MoS was merely a rough draft for what would come later.
SATAN'S SOLDIERS
Established in 1997
Satan's Soldiers got it's start in The Dennis Wrestling Federation, circa, 1997. Not a place known for big names or big pay checks, The DWF was were the seeds of The Circle were sewn. Alicia Sinn and Destiny co-managed the rag-tag group which never enjoyed anything more than fleeting moments of brilliance and long droughts of failure. The dark themes and monotone orations served as little more than practice for the member's move to more promising federations. Alliances were forged and friendships made that make this stable the Mecca at which Circle fans must worship.
